BAEBAYS is a fashion and lifestyle brand offering thoughtfully designed swimwear and jewelry, made in Bali.

Our mission is simple: to bring you beautiful, high-quality pieces that make you feel confident, comfortable, and effortlessly stylish.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing information are accurate.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution or refund.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

The total price payable will be clearly displayed before completing your order.

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, applicable customs duties and import charges are included in our prices.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Our delivery timeframe is a maximum of 8 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and hygiene protection intact where applicable.

Returns are completely free.

To initiate a return, contact contact@baebays.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@baebays.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order has been dispatched.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All BAEBAYS branding, website content, photographs, product descriptions, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

BAEBAYS is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
