Not completely in love with your purchase?

No worries! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

FREE RETURNS

We offer complimentary returns on eligible orders from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

No return shipping fees. No unnecessary hassle.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Products must be in their original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Swimwear must have its original hygiene liner intact.
• Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or worn items, except where required by applicable consumer law.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Returning your BAEBAYS purchase is easy.

STEP 1 — GET IN TOUCH

Email contact@baebays.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

STEP 2 — RECEIVE YOUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Our customer care team will guide you through the process and provide your complimentary return instructions.

STEP 3 — SEND IT BACK

Pack your item securely in its original condition and follow the provided return instructions.

STEP 4 — GET YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund after it has been issued.
