WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?
No surprises here! All applicable customs duties and import charges are already included in our prices for our five shipping destinations.

CAN I RETURN SWIMWEAR?
Of course! Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all original tags and hygiene protection intact.
CAN I RETURN JEWELRY?
Yes, eligible jewelry can be returned within 14 days, provided it is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to reflect the refund.
